What was your first bike? BMX but can't remember which brand!

Current bike: Giant Advanced TCR

Dream bike: Hand built Titanium bike from Enigma

Favourite place to ride: Locally in the Cotswolds and on holiday in Scotland

If you could cycle anywhere in the world, where would it be? Northern Italy

Why is cycling special to you? It's the ability to make your own adventure along with the freedom riding gives you.

Biggest cycling achievement: Completing 2018 Etape du Tour, riding the 169 miles with 4,756 meters of elevation.

Do you have a yearly distance target? No distance just try to cycle at least 3 times per week, no matter what the weather is doing!

Do you have any health goals? Lose weight and build up my core strength and endurance.

What benefits do you feel from taking VitxCycle? Being a Coeliac I have various vitamin and mineral deficiencies which VitxCycle helps me to address and also my joint pain has subsided.
