FLEXIBILITY is a capsule packed with Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) a naturally occurring sulphur compound found in every plant and animal tissue. MSM is an organic sulphur compound. It is contained naturally in food or it should be, but often it disappears or is significantly reduced because of the over processing done in the production of modern foods, meaning some diets may be deficient. MSM’s anti-inflammatory properties can help reduce the risks associated with sustained periods of exercise by helping decrease joint pain and reduce muscle damage both of which can impact your level of flexibility.

RECOVERY is often the forgotten part of our training regime but it is so important that we help our bodies repair and recovery from the stresses and strains we place on it from exercise. As part of the VitxCycle complex our RECOVERY capsule is an Omega 3 Fish Oil supplement containing high-quality Omega 3 fatty acids, sourced sustainably from zone 87, Peruvian Anchovies which is approved by 'Friends of the Sea'. Omega 3 and the fatty acids it contains have been linked to many health benefits, which will in turn aid your body's recovery, these include aiding joint and bone health, reducing inflammation, helping improve immunity, aiding sleep, lowering blood pressure and improving risk factors associated with heart disease.

Our British manufacturing partner has over 50 years experience in producing the highest quality food supplements, being one of the first to manufacture multivitamins and minerals here in Britain. We have worked with them to formulate the VitxCycle complex (The Complex) of PROTECTION, FLEXIBILITY and RECOVERY to specifically meet the needs of cyclists. Each of the three parts of the complex has been formulated by a Nutritional Therapist who has considered its quality, safety, dosage, ethical sourcing and the effects of the different nutrients and botanicals on human health.
Moving onto the production of the supplements, this is all undertaken in a ISO Class 8 Pharmaceutical clean room where the capsules are produced to MHRA GMP standards. The supplements are contained within a vegetable based capsule (with the exception of RECOVERY, which uses a softgel) which require ZERO additives, unlike supplements in tablet form, meaning you won't find any bulking or binding agents, sweeteners, excipients or other additives in our product.
